Master Park Su Sang is a multi medium sculptor  who handles variety of materials like Wood, Marble, Resin, Granite, Glass effortlessly. Watching him work in his studio transcends the viewers mind to a different world of passion and emotions with state of the art tools, craftsmanship, expertise, where colours and materials that appear to curve at the command of the master.

For Master Park, music plays a melodious role in being attracted to his material. His most current work of 2020, recently exhibited in South Korea is now available for view at Studio-ID Art Gallery. His fascination with curiosity about the melodies of Mozart, overture of Operetta, Bizet’s L’Aresinne are well expressed in a delicate and lyrical play of materials in his soft finished sculptures. His mastery over structural integrity, colour, texture, materials, scale into one sculpture is a rarity to find in the world of sculpting.

The sculpture is inspired by the overture of Operetta ‘Die Fledermaus The elegant melody is attractive, with Waltz and Polka at the centre expressing the ever-changing feeling of music.

Die-Zauberflote – Opera written by Mozart, the mysterious feeling of delighting and dancing those who heard the flute in the opera was expressed in the work.

The sculpture is  a work inspired by composer Bizet’s L’Aresinne. They expressed the feelings of a sad woman who loved each other but could not get married. The smoothness and colours depicted with the emotions and expressions are sure to set your heart to feel the touch.

This is a motif from Franz Liszt’s song “La Campanella.” The sound of the piano that is portrayed softly and brilliantly comes from far away. You can feel the transparent sound of silver bells.

Auf Flügeln des Gesanges – This music is based on Heine’s poem that sang the beauty of utopia. A delicate, lyrical and sweet feeling was expressed in the work.
